We adhere to the standard EU Consumer Rights Directive,If there is any difficulty with your purchase, (or delivery) please notify us within 10 days of delivery.Any unwanted goods must be returned in an unused condition,and you must pay the return postage,All goods sold are covered by the manufactures warranty which will cover faulty materials or poor workmanship. It will not cover damage due to  accidental damage or  wear and tear.  We will try to resolve the issue upon receipt of the faulty goods by either replacing the product with a new or equivalent product or a refund for the original invoice value to your Account.

We will refund your account after inspection of the goods.
